Training does NOT have to be boring.

What comes to your mind when you hear the word, “training?” Classrooms? Slide decks? Lectures? Workbooks? BOREDOM???

Unfortunately, that’s what a lot of people think about. But learning is about development. And development must lead to transformation. But transformation doesn’t come from boredom and content transferral.

That’s why I base all of my training deliverables on modern learning theory that engages each major learning preference. The benefit is that every person will be engaged by a type of instruction that matches their style of learning. That means more engagement and connection. By creating a collaborative learning environment, the boredom factor goes down. And, by making learning actionable, the chances of skill development increases exponentially.
